Do you prefer the SAT or ACT? How important are these scores in the admission decision?

A:
There is no preference for a particular test. But Gustavus has adopted a test-optional admission policy. This means that if you feel your scores do not reflect your abilities, you could choose to not report your scores. Gustavus still encourages you to take the exams, but-- as usual-- will look primarily at your academic record (courseload and GPA) and overall accomplishments.
