Through the Gustavus admission process, we want to get to know you as an individual. This means giving us details; this means completing a few forms, which can be downloaded below.
OPTION 1: When applying online using Gustavus' Application for Admission, you'll need to request a school report (with transcript) and teacher recommendation. Transfer students also need a Dean of Students Recommendation form.
You can open the .pdf files below, print them, give them to your guidance counselor or teacher, and ask them to mail the forms to Gustavus (the address is on the form).

OPTION 2: If you would prefer to apply to Gustavus using our paper application, you can open the .pdf below, print it, complete each part in pen or by using a typewriter or computer, and mail the forms to Gustavus.
Application for Admission (first-year students only)
OPTION 3: Some students choose to use the Common Application. Whether doing this on paper or online, applicants must submit the Common Application Supplement for Gustavus. This .pdf form can be opened, printed, completed, and mailed to Gustavus.
